Here We Come a Wassailing….

And now we are another week into caroling season! Things are going well and we’re super busy. I have four gigs booked for today. (I only sing one of those, but it’s a long one.) So there are two caroling groups out, a brass group, and Santa.

I have to say that I am just stunned at the amount of inquiries we’re still getting. Unfortunately, at this point, most of those are for next weekend, and we’re booked up completely. I just don’t have the singers! So next year is going to involve a massive expansion of Olde Towne Carolers. I’m going to have to work on the organizational expansion of the business as soon as I get back from my Europe trip in April. I think this will also mean a more regimented approach to how I run the business in general – rehearsals, protocol, costume assignments, etc. I’m even thinking of hiring an assistant/intern type person to help me out, as I’m getting to the point where all the work is a bit overwhelming.

No complaints, though. An expanding business is a good thing! And I feel like I’ve made great strides in how I’ve been handling my stress! (Knock on wood!)

So if you want to hear some fun festive caroling today – come to Hotel Bethlehem between 4:30-7:30pm and hear us singing! Hope to see you there!
